BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 1501 East 12th Street, being on the northeast line of East 12th Street at Highland Park Avenue. Lots 1-6, block 20, and lots 11-16, block 20, Mrs. I. W. Henderson's Addition to Highland Park, as shown by plat of record in plat book 2, page 46, R.O.H.C., being the properties described in deed book H, volume 10, page 603, et seq, deed book F, volume 16, page 236, deed book 489, page 567, and deed book N, volume 13, page 244, R.O.H.C. Tax Map No. 1460-H-18. from R-2 Residential Zone to M-3 Warehouse and Wholesale Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Erection of screening on all sides. 2. No night operation. 3. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, the public welfare requiring it.
